Keep Them Clean
This is the most important tip you can receive. Clean your contacts before putting them in your eyes every time. This means washing your hands before touching your eyes or contacts, putting new contact solution in your case after taking them out, and washing them with new solution before you put them back in your eyes after being in the case.
Always Have a Backup
Has your contact ever fallen out and you didn’t have a backup pair of contacts or glasses? If so, you understand. If not, trust us that you don’t want it to happen to you! Always keep a backup pair of glasses or contacts on you – in your car, purse, or pocket. You’ll be prepared if a contact ever goes missing!
