Misti Smith, O.D.

Dr. Misti Smith is an experienced, board certified optometrist who has been serving the middle Georgia community for the past 15 years.

Dr. Smith completed her undergraduate degree from Mercer University in 2002 as a prestigious Tift College scholar majoring in pre-optometry and business administration. She then attended Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, graduating with honors as a Doctor of Optometry in 2007. She completed externship experiences in primary care optometry in Newport, Tennessee, as well as glaucoma and cataract-focused rotations at Clayton Eye Center in Morrow, Georgia. Dr. Smith is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Georgia Optometric Association.

During her career, Dr. Smith has developed a strong patient base in Warner Robins and Macon as she brings a passion for primary care optometry. She also has special interests in the treatment of glaucoma and dry eye syndrome, as well as specialty contact lenses. Dr. Smith was voted Best of the Best Optometrist in Warner Robins for 3 consecutive years, confirming her commitment to excellence in patient care. Dr. Smith is also an active member in her local church and community. She loves spending her free time with her husband and 2 children as well as focusing on fitness and exercise. She also loves the outdoors and Auburn Tigers football.
