William H. Jarrard Jr., M.D.
Dr. William H. Jarrard Jr. graduated from the University of Georgia in 1981 and earned an M.D. from the Medical College of Georgia in 1985.
He completed an internship at the Medical Center of Central Georgia and residency at the Medical College of Georgia before joining the team at Vision Eye Group. Through his more than 30 years of serving patients in Middle Georgia, Dr. Jarrard has built a reputation for providing skilled, compassionate care.
Dr. Jarrard is a clinical assistant professor at the Mercer University School of Medicine, a diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners, and an associate examiner of the American Board of Ophthalmology. He is a board-certified ophthalmologist and member of the American Medical Association, the Medical Association of Georgia, the Bibb County Medical Society, and the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He’s also an active member of a variety of civic organizations in Middle Georgia.
